* Those whose register as PhD student must send a letter from their department head and a copy of their
student card as proof of your status before the start of the conference.
For
all the participant, the Conference fee includes:
- Entrance for all sessions
- Electronic proceedings and Conference gadgets
- Welcome drink
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Social dinner
- Technical tour
For the accompanying person the registration fee include:
- Welcome drink
- Social dinner
- Technical tour

The registration desk will be open during the welcome drink on Sep. 1st.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation made before June 30th, 2024 will receive a full refund.
Cancellation made between July 1st and August 15th, 2024 will receive a refund equivalent
to the registration fee subtracted by 120 € for the early reg. and by 150 € for the regular reg.
Cancellation made after August 15th will not be eligible for refunds.
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
